- Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- Receiving and distributing incoming courier mail, fruit, milk and general deliveries.
- Booking and arrange courier service & prepare documents and parcels in readiness for daily collection by Courier Company.
- Booking transport and accommodation for guests as when requested.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative works assigned by a superior as and when required. *Requirement:*
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Study/Administration/Management or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of working experience in office administration or similar filed OR fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) or equivalent software
- Energetic, mature, able to handle multi-task and work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
