Customer Relations Executive

**Working Hours **:9:30AM - 6:00PM ( 5 days per week )
**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
- Act as liaison to operations teams for customer issues
- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through appropriate support channel
- Respond to support calls which include problem identification, escalation, and resolution of product issues
- To be constantly guided by company’s service standards
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Identify usability errors/ bugs and guide customers to trouble shoot & problem solving
**Requirements**:
- Minimum education: Diploma.
- 1-2 years working within a customer support department.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Tech savvy in computer skills (Microsoft Office - word, excel, powerpoint, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Able to speak, listen and write ordinary Mandarin, English, BM
**Working Details**
- Monday - Friday Working Days
- Training Provided
- Based on normal office hours (9.30am-6pm)
**Remarks**
- If you have Facebook Digital Marketing Knowledge and Skill will be given priority
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
