Customer Relation Assistant

Ensure all walk - in customers are greeted and assisted pleasantly with their enquiries.
- Attend and provide amicable solution in resolving customers’ enquiries and complaint.
- Monitor incoming calls are ensure calls are answered within three rings.
- Provide information on current sales/service promotion of products to customers.
- Monitor and prepare weekly, monthly report to After Sales Manager and Customer Care Department on the follow-up and reminder call status.
- Maintain and update customers’ data for sales and after sales department.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey at branches.
- Assist branch activities in achieving excellent service standard in line with Company’s and Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia’s (MMM) requirements.
- Prepare “Thank You” letters to customers on new car booking and ensure customer retention.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the customer’s waiting area.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superior and the Company.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
