**Job Highlights**

**Responsibilities**:

- Check and prepare tender document
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting and claim for cleaning services
- Perform office daily general administration work
- To receives all incoming phone call and referring inquiries.
- Manage and maintain office equipment and stationery.
- Perform property leasing and property management related administration work
- Record and manage monthly office staff claim and petty cash record
- Perform any others task or duties assigned by the superior or management

**Job Requirement**
- At least SPM Holder
- Have at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent is value added advantage
- Having experience using E-Perolehan system is a value added advantage.
- Having at least 1 year experience in cleaning services sector is a value added advantage
- Proficiency in general administration. Good communication skills, independence and problem-solving, proactive and competence in administration, documentation, and record controls
- Resourceful, co-operative, highly committed and versatile, and hardworking with the best effort as part of your personal career development.
- Result-oriented and result-oriented and meticulous in handling and executing work assignments, able to work under minimum supervision to meet the project deadline.
