**Position Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving marketing and business sales efforts for Hulu's Malaysia branch. You will participate in formulating market strategies, expanding brand influence, building close relationships with potential clients, driving business growth, and achieving sales goals.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Analyze market trends and competitors, provide market intelligence and analysis to support the formulation of market strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities, both online and offline, to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
- Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and drive business collaborations.
- Assist in expanding business partnerships, collaborate with industry stakeholders to expand sales channels.
- Manage business sales, achieve sales targets, negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
- Analyze sales data and performance, create sales reports, provide improvement suggestions, and ensure sales objectives are met.
- Monitor market trends and industry dynamics, adjust marketing and sales strategies timely to adapt to market changes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business management, international trade, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent market analysis and business insight, able to understand market demands and competitive landscape.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin Chinese, capable of building close relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software, capable of creating sales reports and presentations.
- Strong team collaboration spirit, able to work with different departments to coordinate and drive sales projects.
- Self-driven and innovative, proactive in problem-solving and embracing challenges.
- Digitally savvy, capable of analyzing sales data and market indicators, and providing effective recommendations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, enabling effective communication with international clients and partners.

**资格和要求:**
- 本科以上学历,市场营销、商务管理、国际贸易或相关领域优先。
- 具备优秀的市场分析和商务洞察力,能够理解市场需求和竞争格局。
- 具备良好的华语沟通和谈判能力,能够与客户和合作伙伴建立紧密关系。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件,能够制作销售报告和演示文稿。
- 良好的团队合作精神,能够与不同部门合作,协调推动销售项目。
- 具备自我驱动力和创新精神,能够积极主动地解决问题和迎接挑战。
- 有数字敏感性,能够分析销售数据和市场指标,提出有效建议。
- 华语流利者优先,能够与国际客户和合作伙伴进行有效沟通。

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
