Balakong, Malaysia Exceltech Food Trading Sdn Bhd Full time

Assist in all activities in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management & etc
- Assist in on-boarding activities including compilation of employee records and coordinating new hire orientations
- Responsible for general HR functions including update employee database, employment contract and letter preparation, memo & etc
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries
- Assist in administration of employee benefits, eg. medical claims, leave management, Socso claims & etc
- Ensure personal files are well organized, maintained, kept up to date according to the rules and regulations of the Company
- Conduct Training Need Analysis and assist in developing training plan
- To undertake any other assignments as assigned by the superior

**EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration or any other related field/qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Accountability, proactive and protective of confidential information with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
