**Job Descriptions**:

- Professionally respond to live chats and address customer inquiries.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of operations to resolve issues and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Handle complaints by providing timely solutions and follow-up for resolution.
- Assist with ad hoc customer service tasks and administrative duties as needed.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent, and customer-focused environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10mbps) for remote work.
- Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
