Personal Assistant to Managing Director

**Responsibilities**
- Will follow Managing Director around for business matter etc.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the Managing Director.
- Proactively follow up on commitments and deliverables with business partners, ensuring tasks are coordinated internally, deadlines are met, and the Managing Director is informed of progress and any potential delays.
- Efficiently manage meeting notes and follow-ups to ensure the implementation of action items.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Assist in social media management.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties, as and when required.
- Submit timely reports as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Required language(s): Mandarin or Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (preferred)
