Administrator/personal Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Assist primarily the Director/Manager with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis.
- Manage Director/Manager’s expense claims.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for Director/Manager.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes/minutes at meetings.
- Organize documents for signatures of Director/Manager and members of executive staff.
- Keep accurate records and files at all times and as appropriate.
- To provide accurate reports and timely reports to the superior.
- Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information.
**Qualifications**
- Preferred at least 3 years working experience in administrative and personal assistant roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential,
- Has initiative and is able to work independently in a variety of situations,
- Possess time-management and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
