Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients.
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Provide reminders to ensure timely attendance.
- Record minutes of meetings and follow up on AR items.
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Compile expenses report for finance department.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years administration and secretarial experience.
- Pleasant disposition, be able to work independently as well as in a team. Must possess initiative and be able to perform under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong administrative and planning skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks with minimum supervision.
