About the Role

In this role, the individual will coach and mentor the telemarketing team to achieve Key Performance Indexes (Sales Targets).
- Coaching of the Telemarketing team to ensure productivity and efficiency in meeting business targets.
- Ensure team members are familiar with product knowledge and program specifications.
- Handle and resolve enquiries escalated from team members as and when vital.
- Ensure team members understand the company policies and management procedures.

Job Requirements
- Degree holders with minimum 2 years' experience in managing a telemarketing team. Non-degree holders with validated experience will also be considered.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Possesses drive for performance and efficiency.
- Good team building, interpersonal skills, and able to connect with people at all levels.
- Excellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong language command in English and Bahasa Malaysia; with the ability to speak other languages/ dialects would be an added advantage.
