Channel Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales and channel development strategies for the market to achieve sales targets and market share.
- Expand sales channels in the market, establish and maintain good relationships with distributors, agents, and partners.
- Manage the sales team in the market, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure the team meets sales targets.
- Plan and organize sales activities in the market, including exhibitions, seminars, product promotions, etc., to increase brand awareness and market share.
**Job Requirement**:
1. More than 3 years’ sales experiences as tobacco/FMCG channel/distribution sales manager ;Valid local work visa and language proficiency, Chinese language is plus;
2. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
3. Team management or as a team leader experience is a plus.
4. Ability to work successfully as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as to independently drive different customer / client engagement;
5. Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel and other data analyzing tool; Can do attitude with hands on approach is a must;
6. Passion and innovative mindset, agile and open mind to challenges and fast changing market, entrepreneurship is a plus.
