**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **
- Have a knowledge on Safety Health.
- Handle Johor Bahru shipping and complete the job until issue invoice to customer.
- Manage and monitor all billing activity including quotation, costing, payment collection, and G-trane entries is prepared on timely manner.
- Facilitate and improve billing operation effectiveness and efficiency that makes the customer payment is in orderly.
- Checking and verify invoice and all related to billing transactions are accurate and timely received by the Customer.
- Ensure all the billing transaction and documentation process are comply to the current regulations.
- Prepare the counter measure reports to solve any problems occurred and reported to the HOD.
- Compliance to all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in all business activity.

**WORKING EXPERIENCE AND AACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Diploma in Logistics or any related field
- Experience in billing, Logistics Industry or any related field for 3 years.
- Having knowledge in the billing and basic accounting.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
