F&b Coordinator

**BASIC FUNCTION**
Assists in producing of documents, filling and distribution to the department concerned. Assist in the communication with other departments.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Producing documents, handling phone calls, filling and traces correspondence.
2. Responsible for the security and upkeep of all departmental documental files.
3. Coordinates the input of data into the system and maintains the digitalized files.
4. Produces and coordinates the printing of departmental documents.
5. Handles and directs all departmental inquiries to the appropriate person.
6. Handles and directs employee inquiries.
7. Traces departmental documents, so as to avoid misplacement and losses.
8. Ensures that administrative data input in the system is done within the frame of corresponding policies and procedures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
