Office & Accounts Admin

This role will be reporting into the Country Manager for Malaysia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate deliveries of products and equipment as required
- Manage staff medical insurance registration, claims, renewals etc
- Actively answer office phone and pass on relevant message or transfer call to staff extensions
- Maintain cleanliness of office and coordinate cleaner's schedule for office locations
- Ensure pantry and other office supplies is well stocked
- Follow up with customers and 3rd-party organisations of product collections and payments
- Support accounts department for Malaysia market
- Support various departments as required
- Any other duties as assigned by the company
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years of Accounts Administrator/ Assistant experience
- Professional qualification/certificate in Office/Accounts Administration or similar
- Well-mannered, friendly, able to work independently, proactive personality, takes initiative in work
- Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
