(This position is based in **Hong Kong**. Work pass will be arranged for successful hires)
Hiring company nature - Aviation based in Hong Kong
Salary - From HKD 13,000 + OT + Shift Allowance and more
Additional - Housing will be subsidized by company (certain % of salary)
Nature of role - Shift Based (2 days off per week)
Must Have - **Mandarin or Cantonese speaking ability** / Able to relocate to HongKong / Professional and able to handle customers
Key Responsibilities:
1) Checking in passengers - checking their passport, travel documents, issue boarding pass etc
2) Service ambassador to assist and guide passengers on the use of Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops
3) Gate handling duties including communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure activities with various departments
4) Guiding and escorting transit passengers
5) Assisting passenger who require special assistance / on wheelchair
6) Handling lost and found queries and ticketing services duties
7) Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Aviation will be a plus
- **Good command of spoken English and Mandarin / Cantonese. Other Chinese dialect will be a advantageous.**
- Good Customer serving manner and communication skills.
- There will be a language test where they will test boarding gate announcements in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
