**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Ensure service request are escalated to the correct resolver group and prioritize problems assign the proper category in the helpdesk system
- Document problems - log all problems and inquiries in the helpdesk system, enter in the ticket detailed description of the problem

**Requirements**:

- _**Must be Fluent in English**_
- _**Must have Own transport**_
- _**Must have BOOSTER**_

**Location: Cyberjaya**

**Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500**

**Working Days : Mon - Fri**

**Working Hours: Staggered shifts**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
