Admin Assistant

To carry out & assist daily operation and administrative duties
- To coordinate & prepare documents related to Sales Order processing
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, able to work as a team and multi-tasking
**Job Requirement**
- Preferred with min. 1 year experience in relevant field, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Proficiency with computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality and responsible.
- Problem-solving & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-confident, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
