**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to auditors, including scheduling and coordinating audit activities.
- Manage and organize audit-related documentation.
- Compile relevant data and information for audits.
- Assist in quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
- Utilize audit management tools and software.
- Prepare audit reports and contribute to process improvements.
- Assign ad-hoc task by superior in related.
**Qualifications**
- Fresh graduates and school leavers who are keen to learn and self-develop in auditing profession are welcome to apply.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in audit or compliance will be added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity
