**Position Purpose**:
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager (Emerging Market) role gives you the opportunity to oversee and expand the Group’s presence & brands in the Emerging Markets of Cambodia & Myanmar, that will generate revenues and sustainable growth. This means overseeing channels development, partnership, identifying and exploring new market opportunities, reaching out to new clients, directing the Group’s sales and managing marketing efforts to lead a consistent trajectory of growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, propose and implement Group commercial strategies according to Company goals, building relevant budgets aimed at accelerating growth.
- Build strong partnerships with local retailers & business development with brand partners.
- Develop distribution strategies to get regional brands out into the marketplace as effectively as possible.
- Deliver performance of each emerging market using key metrics to identify issues and opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimally a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar disciplines with at least 5 years’ of experience excelling in sales, operations, and participating in business development initiatives.
- Proven distributor sales and operations management sales experience and knowledge, support distributors in developing pre-sellers and run promotion planning activities.
- Possess solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes along with in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
- Well-versed in the latest corporate management standards and comfortable in using modern software tools (especially the Microsoft Office Suite) and popular social media.
- Highly proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English, and a second language will be advantageous.
- Experience in emerging markets preferred.
