Director of Sales and Marketing

**Role Overview**:
Kezerk is at the forefront of revolutionizing the event technology industry with our premier product - the PlayWall, an all-in-one gaming console for brands that allow the creation of custom-branded, high-quality games in just three clicks. As our Director of Sales and Marketing, your role is instrumental in positioning, marketing, and selling PlayWall, guiding it from a project phase to a triumphant product launch. Additionally, you'll oversee the promotion of our diverse service offerings, including the Interactive Touch Wall, Motion Wall, and high-value custom projects and tenders. Establishing and leading a client council to bridge feedback between customers and our development team will be crucial, as well as identifying new market opportunities to propel Kezerk into the future.
**Core Responsibilities**:
Technology Integration and Sales Process Innovation:
- Master and implement industry-standard sales tools, including CRMs and emerging technologies such as GPTs for AI sales assistants, streamlining and enhancing our sales strategies.
- Innovate the sales process to achieve an optimal balance between automated efficiency and the essential human touch, ensuring a seamless journey from lead generation to closure.
Strategic Planning and Market Positioning:
- Develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies that articulate the unique value proposition of PlayWall and our array of services.
- Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decisions, ensuring Kezerk's offerings are aligned with the latest trends and customer demands.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Engage with high-value prospects and clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring our solutions meet their evolving needs.
- Initiate and manage a client council, fostering a direct line of communication between our customers and the development team to guide product improvement and innovation.
Product Sales Leadership and Innovation:
- Lead the market introduction and sales efforts for PlayWall, crafting and refining our offer of the PlayWall as a project and transitioning it to a successful product launch.
- Oversee the marketing and sales for additional Kezerk’s offerings, tailoring strategies to each service's unique benefits.
Visionary Market Positioning and Opportunity Identification:
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities for new products or enhancements to our existing lineup, providing constant feedback and market updates to the product team to ensure Kezerk remains at the cutting edge of technology.
- Integrate customer insights and market analysis into product development, driving innovation and maintaining our competitive edge.
Comprehensive Pricing Strategy:
- Develop adaptable pricing strategies that resonate with client spending habits and market expectations, maximizing profitability while delivering exceptional value and relevance.
- Ensure pricing reflects the innovative nature of our products and services, maintaining competitiveness and appeal in the market.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years experience in a similar position or area, like Head of Sales, Product Owner, Marketing Specialist
- No education qualifications are required, however, you must be good at critical thinking, and communication skills and show professionalism.
- **General interest in technology and being up to date with current trends (AR/VR/MR**).
- General understanding of brand and IT solutions to understand what is possible.
- Creativity, Time Management, and Attention to Detail are an absolute must.
- Positive attitude, passion for collaborative teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The belief that “Impossible is nothing” and loving the thrill of sales
- Proficient in Google/MS Office apps: Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Docs/Sheets/Slides.
- Fluent in English in writing and speaking. Multilingual (Bahasa, Mandarin) is an advantage.
- Event/agency background is a big plus
- Own transportation is an advantage.
