**Your Mission**:

- Lead and develop a dynamic sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our brand’s vision and values.
- Forge and nurture relationships with key industry partners, stakeholders, and clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Drive brand awareness and reputation through creative and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with a creative edge, able to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
