**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible to undertake the total sales administrative functions, in support of the Sales team.
- Undertake the Purchase Order cycle, such as generating Purchase Order from the system, creating and printing labels for packaging purposes, delivery order and transportation documents such as shipment truck or freight.
- Create and update for Raw Materials direct transfer transaction.
- Undertake other order transactions related to loaned units meant for demonstration, samples, returns, warranty, etc. and when necessary.
- Assist Superior prepare and updating delivery status for submission to customers based on order confirmation from suppliers.
- Follow up with the internal purchasing team on delivery status.
- Assist Superior track and reporting on customer’s order status from Production till shipment to ensure all orders is within time frame and delivered on time.
- Ensure customers are provided with the necessary documents, such as packing lists, upon delivery of goods.
- Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the Sales team.
- To undertake any other duties as and when assigned by the Company.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage (to be able to handle queries and feedback from Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
