**Job Title**:
Executive Capacity Management

**Reports To**:
Manager Capacity Management

**Role Purpose**:
Maximize utilization of capacity on the flights to achieve optimum revenue, higher yield, tonnage and profitability (Belly and Freighter).

**Key Responsibility**:

- Ensure all Load Management System [LMS] processes are carried out as per guidelines.
- Decision on accepting / rejecting booking in LMS referred queue has been followed as per guidelines.
- Communicate with stations & Sales Regional Managers to resolve booking issues in a timely manner, including decisions for alternative itineraries for rejected booking due to capacity issues.
- Decision on capacity for special account which has been rejected due to economical evaluation / space constraint.
- Monitoring or regular checking LMS operation parameters for capacity forecasting.
- Involve in Allocation Meeting for Northern Summer and Northern Winter on yearly basis to optimize load factor.
- Involve in setting up MABKargo Operation Manual related to booking process.
- To Communicate with Operation Team on any activities involving loading on regular basis for maximize load factor
- To take a lead in managing capacity during backlog and peak season.
- To control loads within the Capacity forecast to avoid unnecessary overbooking.
- To manage additional overbooking after cut off time for Load Factor optimization.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- SPM with at least 7 years of working experience in Cargo/Sales
- Diploma with at least 5 years of working experience in Cargo/Sales

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Sales and Cargo Operations background
- Leadership and strategic outlook ability
- Planning and organizing ability
- Problem solving and fast decision making ability

**Key Challenges**:
