- Provide courteous and helpful assistance to customers seeking information, support, or resolution to their queries.
- Manage customer interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience and brand representation.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and messaging apps.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
