**Job Purpose: -**

**To administer and coordinate the implementation of talent and learning activities to improve the engagement and welfare of employees in support of business growth.**

**Responsibilities: -**
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs by utilizing HRDC funds in alignment with company’s direction and business growth.
- Responsible for administering a complete cycle of HRDC grant and claim processes through e-TRIS portal on monthly basis.
- Responsible for administering a complete cycle of payment process by liaising with Finance Department and training vendors.
- Facilitate and coordinate all training activities including schedule arrangement, parking, meals and refreshments, participants attendance, training pictures and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs according to finalized plans.
- Responsible for maintaining and organizing the learning tracking data and files for periodical reports and future references.
- Liaise and manage stakeholders throughout the training and learning processes to ensure accurate information and deliverance.
- Participate in talent and learning projects to assist in administration matters like scheduling, minutes-taking, and liaising with vendors.

- Excellent coordination and organization ability.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Learning and Development: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
