Customer Service Assistant

Handling inquiries from overseas agent.
- Prepare quotations - To ensure timely and accurate quotations are sent according to customer’s requirement.
- Able to source, negotiate rate with local shipping lines.
- Communicate closely with internal operations team on shipments.
- Must be able to assist on any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Qualification.
- Prefer 1 year working experience in related field
- Fresh grads are encourage to apply.
- Must be self-motivated; responsible, positive attitude & able to work in a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Port Klang.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
