- For the most part an architect’s working day will be office or desk based. However, site visits and meetings with clients are frequent, so you will be expected to travel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Take the 'brief' to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Present ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.
- Compile project specifications.
- To complete task within stipulated time with standard office quality.
- Maintain within budgets and timelines.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Go on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
- Willing to work extra mileage and proactive.
- Follow architectural trends and advancements.
- Last but not least, all Architect must do design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
