Responsible for simple bookkeeping tasks, organizing and maintaining files, as well as assisting with various admin tasks within the Account and HR department.
- **Accounting Support**:Assist the account department in daily bookkeeping tasks.
- **File Management**:Organize and maintain physical and digital files for the accounting department.
- **Administrative Support**:Support HR in writing up documents such as memos, reports, and conduct research on HR-related topics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Student job

**Salary**: RM8.00 - RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
