To prepare monthly billings & send statements of accounts to owners/residents;
- To handle all general administrative work at Site Office;
- To maintain files for individual purchasers and contractors;
- Prepare daily collection reports;
- Assist in handling complaints from residents;
- To coordinate and liaise with Head Office on all Accounts and Administrative aspects;
- To send reminders to defaulters and ensure adequate follow-up calls are made to recover all arrears due to the management;
- Receive daily payments and issuance of official receipts;
- To receive, update and keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected;
- To maintain proper owners’ database and update when necessary;
- To liaise with the Accounting Firm/HQ on all accounts related matters including preparation of documents and posting in the accounting software;
- To prepare petty cash disbursement claims monthly;
- To prepare payment vouchers and cheques for payments as per pre-determined schedule;
- To handle all residents complaints and prepare complaint management form on weekly basis;
- To ensure all complaints in respect to the service providers are attended to and addressed to the Building Manager;
- To carry out and other ad-hoc assignments given by the Building Manager from time to time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
