We are on the lookout for a dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and assist the CEO in transforming enterprise workflows with our No-Code Platform. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter who can independently identify needs and tackle challenges head-on. We expect you to love being organized, analytical, and are eager to grow your communication skills and business judgment to engage with stakeholders from multiple industries and levels.

**Description**:
This dynamic role requires a passionate individual like you who can:

- Anticipate needs, think critically, and provide solutions with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other executives and cross-functional teams in important decision-making
- Be responsible for complex business partnership management, which includes coordinating in-person and virtual meetings, and leveraging your problem-solving skills as challenges arise
- Manage both domestic and international travel arrangements, process expense reports, and plan department-wide events and presentations
- Oversee budget tracking, asset management, new hire onboarding, and various project planning tasks, all while maintaining attention to detail and timeliness
- Partner with our leadership team on organization-wide projects and processes, and handle correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary within Embedded LLM.

**; Requirements: - Key Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 8 years of administrative experience, with at least 4 years supporting Director-level or above preferred. We also welcome fresh graduates who has an insatiable hunger for growth and making an impact in the world.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment while able to calmly communicate with team members while under pressure.
- Exhibiting high levels of integrity and professionalism when interacting with individuals at all levels and industries is essential.
- Skilled in exercising discretion, diplomacy, and good judgment, particularly with sensitive or confidential information.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing time effectively.
- A proactive "can do" attitude and willingness to collaborate with a broader team of administrative professionals.
- Proficient in managing multiple complex calendars, prioritizing numerous requests with mínimal guidance.
- Accustomed to solving problems in a timely manner, while proactively communicating the logic and approaches of the decision-making process to appropriate individuals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism.
- A genuine interest in nurturing team culture and creating a positive, productive workplace.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and proactively seek ways to streamline team operations across various locations is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Google office systems and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficiency in multiple languages. Required language is English. Additional language skills that are good-to-have, listed in order of preference, are Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German, French, and Italian.
