Payroll & Admin Executive

Collecting and verifying timesheets.
- Entering employee information and payroll data into the system.
- Answering employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll.
- Calculating payable hours, overtime, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
- Processing new employees, promotions, and terminations.
- Issuing statements detailing earnings and deductions.
- Maintaining and updating payroll records.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports.
- Preparing OT reports by every week.
- Checking of daily attendance for lateness & absenteeism of workers
- Preparing reports
- lateness and absenteeism by everyday.
- Update attendance and leave
- Liase with LHDN, PERKESO and KWSP
- Other task as required by management.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
