Our marketing team is focused on powering global growth for our partners by helping consumers discover and use Coda's trusted commerce solutions. We work toward making Codashop, Custom Commerce, and Codapay world-class brands - becoming top-of-mind for gamers around the world and delighting customers with entertaining activations + offers. Our team has a strong analytical focus and a data-driven approach, with an emphasis on experimentation to deliver the best possible experiences to customers.

You will need a hands-on mentality and a growth mindset, working cross functionally with our global partnerships, partnerships marketing, digital marketing, product operations, data science, product, and finance teams to deliver outstanding marketing programs and customer experiences across markets globally.

**Responsibilities**
- Project Management: Manage campaigns for our partners, from receiving briefs from Partnerships Marketing team to planning, executing, and reporting on campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally within different verticals such as global partnerships, partnerships marketing, digital marketing, product operations, data science, product, and finance teams.
- Metrics and Analytics: Stay accountable for KPIs and track and improve the performance of our O&O marketing channels. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
- Market Research: Conduct informal market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the Brand and Design team to create compelling marketing content such as creative writing, image assets, landing pages, videos, and case studies to promote our products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical mindset and a track record of using data insights to drive growth programs.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Team player with the ability to work across a matrixed, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Workspace products.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in finance technology and/or ecommerce preferred.
