**JOB DESCRIPTION**
1. Install, configure, administer, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software including

2. Manage all the servers and data center equipment and undertake maintenance as when necessary.

3. Meet user requirement by evaluating and deploying suitable solutions to meet the SLAs.

4. Provide quick backup recovery, as when required.

5. Conduct root cause analysis and trouble shooting of the problems.

6. Schedule, plan and execute Disaster Recovery Planning exercises.

7. Perform basic network support.

8. Participate in the preparation of the IT budget.

9. Prepare document and reports for system implementation and changes of server infrastructure.

**Requirements**:
1. Degree or Diploma holders in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Science, Professional Certificate or any of its equivalents discipline.

2. Preferably at least 5 years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant working experience in server room or a data centre environment.

3. Hands on experience on:
a. Operating systems (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).

b. Google GSuite, Office 365 and Symantec MessageLabs.

c. Server Backup software (Acronis, Veeam)

d. System and/or Network Security

e. Fundamental Networking skill set

f. Wintel server (Network services, Active Directory, Scripting, Access rights management, AD Replication, DNS, DHCP)

g. VMware server virtualization

h. NAS and SAN storage

i. Network monitoring such as Nagios and PRTG

4. Proficient in performance tuning, capacity planning and server clustering.

5. A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with mínimal supervision.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Analytical and strong troubleshooting capability.

8. Knowledge and experience in Microsoft AD & WSUS Server, Group policy (GPO), FTP Server, Kaspersky Antivirus Server, VMware vSphere, NAS & SAN Storage, File Maker Server, Citrix Server, Mobiles Communication Device.

10. Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and outstation when require.

11. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

12. Full-Time position available.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
