Bukit Jalil, Malaysia SYJ TRAINING & RESOURCES SDN. BHD. Full time

Handle customer invoices on a daily basis, ensure matching to LOE & liase with operation and legal depaitment
- Assist audits, fact checks & resolve discrepancies
- Create & update expenses reports
- Prepare commission payments to sales dept. & reseller
- Ensure timely update & reconcile all collection & payment reports
- Responsible for company's account receivable, account payable & journals entry task
- Prepare monthly staff claim reimbursement & updating company's fixed assets
- Maintain account file by filling all relevant documents
- Generate & compile daily/monthly report from the account systems before submission
- Liase with banking-related matters, such as TT/GIRO/RENTAS
- Assist in month-end closing & administrative matter
- Any ad-hoc related duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:

- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivated are essential.
- Possessed own transport.
