Lumos Helmet is at the forefront of cycling safety innovation, and we are seeking a passionate and skilled Community Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is not only well-versed in community engagement but also possesses strong skills in social media management and copywriting. **Responsibilities**

**1. Community Management**
- Build and nurture a vibrant online community around Lumos on platforms such asFacebook, Twitter, r, and cycling forums.
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and inclusive environment.

**2. Press and Influencer Management**
- Engage with Press to ensure timely coverage of Lumos product launches
- Build an online presence for Lumos to always be featured on top cycling accessories lists
- Engage and manage influencers to help build a strong brand following.

**3. Social Media Management**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance Lumos' presence on platforms including Instagram, Twitter, r, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and values.
- Manage Lumos Helmet's Instagram and TikTok accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.

**4. Copywriting**
- Craft ft compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

**5. Customer Support**
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and provide timely and helpful responses.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve customer issues.

**6. Analytics and Reporting**
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics and social media performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team for continuous improvement.

**7. Collaboration**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align community management and social media strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and cycling communities to amplify fy Lumos' online presence.

**Qualifications**

**1. Community Management Skills**
- Proven experience in building and managing online communities.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

**2. Social Media Expertise**
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.

**3. Copywriting Proficiency**
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand voice.

**4. Cycling Enthusiast**
- Passion for cycling and understanding of the cycling community.

**5. Customer-Centric Approach**
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.

**6. Analytical Skills**
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize community and social media strategies.
