Transfer Pricing Specialist

Process Improvement: Participate in projects to analyze root causes, reduce unbilled transactions, and speed up the response time between unbilled alerts and price updates.
- Change Management: Promote discipline and centralization of intercompany pricing within the Oracle user community, ensuring compliance with company and Tax policies.
- Intercompany Pricing in Asia: Understand the complexities of intercompany pricing in China and the rest of Asia. Assist with data cleaning and enhancement of item attributes for ERP migration in collaboration with the Data Management Organization.
- Collaboration: Work with the Data Management Organization and Procurement Data Team to maintain purchase records and source lists for items sourced from intercompany affiliates in SAP S4/HANA.
- Customer Service Support: Assist with troubleshooting and provide process improvement recommendations for intercompany orders in SAP S4/HANA, across different ERP systems.
- Price Updates: Timely update intercompany sales price lists (Oracle 11i) and purchase info records (SAP S4/HANA) according to regional and global re-costing procedures.
- Ad hoc Price Maintenance: Perform price maintenance for new items as needed, meeting service level expectations.
- Transfer Premium Rates: Maintain transfer premium rates in SAP S4/HANA according to global tax tables.
- Sales Volume Analysis: Conduct analysis on sales volumes between affiliates to support Finance in adjusting global transfer pricing rates.
- Invoice Analysis: Support the analysis of intercompany invoices on hold, focusing on process improvements and automation opportunities.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or accounting certification or Professional Accounting certificate.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in related fields.
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese to support China Company
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical problem-solver who can understand the business context surrounding large sets of data.
