**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Fill orders by transferring it to fulfilment, communicate the expected delivery date and discussing the stock-outs.
- Prepare costing template for Cost Review Meeting and Cost Approval reviews.
- Compile and verify all costing from Business Units.
- Verify costing comply to policies and processes.
- Schedule Cost Review and Cost Approval meetings.
- Recover Miscellaneous cost.
- Check and verify all new opportunities that require Cost Review Meeting and Cost Approval.
- Monitor and verify activities and compliances.
- Monitor status of Cost Approval proposals and ensure better/same costing after project is won.
- Provide financial knowledge and calculation related to leasing, cost of fund, investment cost, cash flow, etc.
- Prepare and analyze reports of Cost Approval proposals: approved margins, compliance, special instructions, win. rate, cost improvement, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Highly experienced in analyzing pricing, costing and profitability and its strategies.
- Deep understanding of product/services’ costing concepts. E.g.: cost, price, margins, forex, markup, interest rates, leasing, etc.
- Good experience in the business environment as well as service requirements and its culture.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as the ability to multi-task when needed.
- Possess strong communication and verbal skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
