Key Account Manager

**Major Duties, Responsibilities & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Lead Retail Modern Trade Key Account planning and field sales execution team to achieve business KPIs.
- Build strong customer relationships, negotiate the best trading terms and drive JBP with key customers to grow the brand in the marketplace.
- Lead monthly business planning process, S&OP and DRM process for retail channel.
- Partner with Commercial Finance and Trade Marketing to evaluate trade investment ROI, deploy and monitor trade spend effectively to improve channel profitability for sustainable profitable growth.
- Effectively manage and coordinate with retail 3PL logistic partners to ensure OTIF delivery, invoicing and inventory management are well executed within agreed KPIs.
- Accountable for all in-store excellence KPIs (OSA, OOS, Space Share %, Planogram Compliance, Promo execution OTIF and NPD speed to market), including monitor and drive Sales Force Effectiveness.
- Coach and guide team members to collectively achieve business result.
- Stakeholder management across functions, collaborate effectively with internal and external team members.

- SFE and Distribution Targets
- Perfect Store / In-store Excellence Targets
- Forecast Accuracy
- Account Receivable and Collection
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
