**Responsibilities**:

- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Update data into SQL system
- Prepare office documents eg. PO, DO, Inv and liaise with suppliers and customers.
- To coordinate with project and technical team

and liaise with customer on office matters.
- Gather and send invoices according to customer’s requirement
- Organize and maintain office filing system
- Any other task assigned by superior/management
