1. Prepare quotations to the client.
2. Prepare contract agreement once awarded.
3. Monitoring payments from the government in the e-Perolehan system.
4. Update client list and base manager.
5. Write a letter at the request of the base manager or management.
7. Open file for the new staff & prepair offer letter, contact agreement & biodata for new staff (Security guard).
9. Preparation tender security services for the government and private sector.
10. Take order and name card from base manager.
11. Issue Memo to clients & Base manager.
12. Pickup phone.
13. Any miscellaneous job - Required by the organization
