Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Responsibilities:

- Fully understand all Global Markets’ products/services approved by the bank to ensure offering/promoting the best banking solution to customers (individuals, corporates, FIs).
- Approach customers (individuals, corporates, FIs) via F2F or webinar by performing end to end process to close the deal.
- Be customer centric by working closely with relevant stakeholders to handhold all the transactions that required to perform in the system/branches to meet customers’ expectation.
- Maintain customers’ relationship by fully understand their needs; propose new solution and risk associated with cost-benefit analysis to Line Manager for decision making to maximize Global Markets’ P&L related to task/assignment.
- Maintain 100% accuracy to all sales tracking reports, proposals, deal booking.
- Fully participate/lead all the campaigns/initiatives that drive Global Markets’ P&L related to task/assignment.
- Open eye to all market/industrial updated on FX/funding to be able to reasonable relate that fresh news to meet customer’s expectation and propose the impact/competitor updates to Line Manager.
- Comply with all relevant guidelines/requirements governing the treasury markets, regulation, approved limit related to task/assignment.
- Perform KYC, due diligent, limit for new and existing FIs’ customers.
- Supervise and oversee dealers/traders in performing the deal according to requested.
- Prepare/ submit required management reports in timely manner as needed.
- Be a representative which assigned by the Head.
- Global Markets’ P&L.
- Pass Department Audit Rating.
- Maintain up to date on Policies, SOP, Manual and Code of Conduct related to task/assignment.
- Maintain ZERO breach to regulatory requirement.
- Grow HLBCAM market share.

Requirement:
Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance or a recognized professional qualification in related field &/or with related working experience.

Experience
- To have 3-5 year-experience of related field.

Special Skills
- Strong understanding of economics, particularly in emerging markets.
- Knowledge of the Asia region and business practice/ culture Demonstrated success in managing a fast-growing business in an emerging market.
- Ability to work independently and think creatively to provide best financial solution to customers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, close sales and analytical skills.
- Mastery of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
