- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Utilize SmartSheet and other tracking tools proficiently to maintain project documentation and facilitate collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5 years HR project experience either in capacity as HR team member or as project coordinator
- Excellent communication written and verbal - Language - Mandarin, English, Malay. Proficiency in other Asian languages would be an added advantage.
- An advantage if worked within global organization and culture
- Good systems knowledge working with automated processes (Successfactors?)
- Very organized to track project activities, resource, deadlines etc. using Smartsheet an advantage
- Ability to work with processes and identify improvements for efficiency and standardization
