**Job Title: Sales Manager**

**Job Overview**:As the Sales Manager at Facelogic, you will be the driving force behind our sales team, leading by example and nurturing a high-performing group of sales executives. Your exceptional leadership skills, coupled with your passion for sales and beauty tech, will shape the future success of our sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Team Leadership:_ Motivate, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed their targets, fostering a collaborative and driven environment.
- _Sales Strategy:_ Develop and implement sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing growth potential.
- _Performance Monitoring:_ Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- _Customer Relationship Management:_ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- _Market Analysis:_ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales approaches.
- _Training and Development:_ Conduct sales training programs, equipping the team with the knowledge and skills they need to excel.
- _Cross-Functional Collaboration:_ Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.

**Requirements**:

- _Proven Leadership Experience:_ Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious goals.

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
