Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and attend key meetings and conferences (e.g. KPI coordinator, Management meeting & etc.)
- To prepare confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, agenda.
- Must be able to attend and prepare the minutes of the Management meetings, in daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Provide administrative and/ or confidential secretarial support to the Managing Director and related departments/ areas as and when required.
- Ability in organizing systematic approach in keeping inventory of corporate affairs in the conduct of filing, research and market survey and other relevant search for information as directed.
- Follow-up and deal with external legal affairs.
- Coordinate and work closely with the Senior Management to meet deadlines.
- Monitor Tenancy Agreement expiry period.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a full scope secretary job role.
- Experience in handling meeting minutes.
- Good working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Suite & use of the internet for research.
- Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien dialects is a plus point.
