JOB DESCRIPTIONS

A. Payroll

Assist our migrant workforce register for, calculate, and input their tax contributions on yearly basis as well as tax clearance prior to leaving the country.

As point of contact for our migrant workforce on any tax-related queries.

Assist in any payroll audits - clients and/or statutory, as and when required.

Prepare offer letters for all new local workers and employment contracts (including renewal contracts) for all migrant workers.

Assist in other Payroll-related activities and processing, as and when assigned.

B. Talent Acquisition (TA)

Be involved in recruiting Interns covering sourcing, selection, onboarding and eventual exit.

Assist the team in preparing for and executing Employer-branding activities.

Assist the TA Lead in arranging interview schedules, reference-checking and preparing documentation for new joiners (pertaining to their Personnel-files).

C. Learning & Development

Assist the L&D Manager in organizing Learning & Development programs and Food Handler Training Coordination & Administration.

Monitor and keep track of Learning & Development documentation, reports and manage training history record.

Update and track HRDCorp contributions and subsequent utilization for reporting purposes.

Assist with on-boarding briefing as and when needed.

D. Employee Engagement

Work with the wider HC team in organizing and executing Engagement activities throughout the year.

Take on other assignments as and when delegated to you.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field of study.

Minimum 1-2 years work experience as a generalist in Human Resources or Administration.

Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese in both written and reading.

High competency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.

Able to thrive in fast pace and rapidly changing environment.

Independent, self-starter and result oriented.

Able to handle multiple tasks at one go.

Comfortable with matrix reporting to several HR stakeholders.

Great interpersonal & communication skills and is a natural team-player.
