**Position Overview**: As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives, systems, and employee engagement activities, plan on annual HR activities and budgeting.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance our company's reputation in the job market.
- Being actively involved in end-to-end recruitment, preparing job descriptions, posting ads, managing the interview process and implementing effective onboarding
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, office supplies procurement, vendor management and claims management.
- Maintain and update employee systems and databases, ensuring accurate and timely information retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and keep abreast of changes in employment laws that affect the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in HR or relevant fields.
- Proven experience as an HR and/or Administration Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
