**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-Management

**FUNCTION**: Area Consumer Experience

**SALARY RANGE**:Basic salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

**LOCATION**:Damansara City, Kuala Lumpur

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role responsible to assist line manager, Area Marketing Function with a variety of independent duties related to preparation, monitoring, ensure compliance within Company policies, while completing the order management & reporting based on agreed timelines.

**Reports to**:Area Head of Consumer Experience

**Reporting Level**:Individual Contributor

**Geographic Scope**:DRBU

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Coordinate, manage and schedule meeting/s and appointment/s for Area Head of Consumer Experience.
- Provides secretarial support to Area Head of Consumer Experience including direct administrative support in ensuring effective and efficient co-ordination of day-to-day activities.
- Organize seminar / meeting held internally or with external parties.
- Manage logistic arrangements, coordinating of transportation when necessary. (ie air travel, accommodation, etc.)
- Processing of all invoices received on expenses incurred by Departments by raising Purchase Order via system and onward submission DBS/GBS for payment.
- Annual Plan preparation relating to Travel & Expenses and administration expenses.
- Coordination on Company Documents Retention Policies, ensuring all documents retained at the department are in full compliance.
- Provides excellent working relationship with key stakeholders and business partners to have business alignment and problem-solving support, enabling state admin to operate seamlessly.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum Diploma level equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience within FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong administrative and organization skills.
- Competent user of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with mínimal supervision.
