**POSITION TITLE**:Customer Service Inbound (KL)

**INTAKE**: 29 April 2024

**CONTRACT DURATION**:1 Year

**SALARY**:

- RM1,700 to RM1,900 + Commission _(Normal Speaker)_
- RM1,900 + Commission + RM300 _(Language Allowance - Mandarin)_

**WORK LOCATION**: Jalan Pantai Baharu, 59100. Kuala Lumpur.

**WORKING HOURS**:Monday - Sunday, 08:00AM - 10:00PM _(Rotational Shift - 2 Days Off / Per Week)_

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Answering and responding to inbound calls on product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified practice and procedure
- To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities as assigned
- Meet performance metrics such as average handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Update customer information in the database and follow up on case status

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma with relevant working experience
- Obtains impessive cross selling skills and technical knowledge on internet network and broadband
- Fluency on English verbal communication, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to software
- Attains pleasant personality with positive working attitude as a team player
- Mandarin language literacy would be an added advantage
- Excellent telephone communication skill and phone etiquette
- Outstanding customer service skills, highly customer focused, with great sales driven
- Passion towards customer service and understand primarying job responsibilities
