**Position**:Inbound Customer Service Executive
- **Location**: Kuala Lumpur
- **Employment Type**:1 Year Contract (renewal/conversion based on performance)
- **No of vacancies**: 5
- **Working Days**:5 days week Monday till Friday
- **Working Hours**: 8.30 am till 6 pm
- **Salary**: Up to RM3,800 based on related experiences

- OT Paid for extra hours of work required.
- Performance KPI Incentive: Between 10% (during contract tenure) and 20%(during permanent tenure)from the monthly basic - Paid on a quarterly basis.

- Answer inbound calls to support customers' inquiries in regard to the company products & services.
- No sales are required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration or related.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in an inbound customer service.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Scored a minimum B for English and Math's in SPM.**:
- Do not have any credit issues with the banks/ financial institutions
